BaryVam® is a three-layer wooden composite material with high sound insulation. Two outer layers made of Finnish birch plywood encompass an acoustically effecient thermoplastic layer from Bary-X.

Moulded foam components are made of PUR soft foam with high sound-absorbing properties. The material tarnishes few and is hardly inflammable (hardly inflammable according to the German DIN standard 75200 - MVSS 302 and DIN 4102 B2).

Rubber foils are produced on the base of natural caoutchouk with a thickness from 0.3 to 0.5 mm, a width of  900 mm and a roll length of 10 or 20 m. The rolls are spooled on hard paper core.
