International Automotive Components closes on the purchase of Visteon’s Halewood UK facility

Luxemburg, August 29, 2008 - International Automotive Components Group (“IAC”), announced today the completion of the purchase of Visteon’s Halewood UK facility. The Halewood facility is dedicated to the assembly and sequencing of instrument panels, cockpits and consoles to Jaguar and Land Rover Halewood operations. The facility has an approximate annual turnover of $150 million. Under the purchase agreement, IAC have secured the assembly facility with the associated assets including the purchase and supply contracts along with the 150 personnel that the site employs.
