Our Purchasing organization is customer focused and technology driven.

Commodity Purchasing is responsible for implementing this strategy.

Program Purchasing ensures supplier integration during development. Together with the commodity purchasing, they identify potential suppliers for a specific program and involve them as early as possible in the development phase to achieve Cost, Quality and Delivery objectives defined by IAC’s customers.

Plant Purchasing is focused on production purchased parts and manages the relationship with suppliers during series production. To continuously improve Profitability, Quality, Productivity and Delivery, they set up action plans together with our suppliers.

Supplier Quality Assurance supports the Purchasing Organization.
